Notes on Certificates and Appointments

Certificates:

If you purchase a gift certificate and would like to have a nice card sent to your recipient, please make sure to enter their address in the notes section on the checkout page. Cards mailed to a recipient are subject to US postal service delivery capabilities.

Gift certificates never expire and can be used for any massage service. In the event a more expensive service is chosen, the recipient can pay the difference at the time of visit.

Appointments:

Please call us at 925-409-2917 to schedule an appointment.

Once scheduled you will be asked to return here to make payment. Payment must be made within 2 hours of scheduling in order to hold your spot.

Please remember to be on time for your appointment. Once an appointment is made, that time slot is locked and will begin and end as scheduled. When we schedule appointments we hold that spot for you and turn away other customers. Therefore, cancellations, changes, and refund requests must be made 24 hours in advance.
