Collection of your Personal Information

Studio 1 Massage may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, phone number, email address, and brief medical history via the "Studio 1 Massage Client Form".

Studio 1 Massage may also collect your credit card information or ask you to present a valid ID when processing a credit card transaction.

If you interact with Studio 1 Massage via email, your email address may be saved to our inbox.  

Use of your Personal Information

Any personally identifiable information collected is used solely to determine if a massage may be contraindicated or if you have special areas of focus, or areas to avoid due to injury. This information is submitted to Studio 1 Massage with your "Studio 1 Massage Client Form" before your massage and is shredded after your visit. 

Credit card information is not saved or stored by Studio 1 Massage, but may be saved by our credit card processor.

Email addresses collected when you initiate communications with us via email are not stored or saved unless you are asking to join our email notification list, but may remain in our inbox or sent items.

Studio 1 Massage does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists or any customer information to third parties.

Studio 1 Massage may keep track of the pages our users visit on studio1massage.com in order to determine which Studio 1 Massage pages are most useful. This data is used solely to improve the Studio 1 Massage website.
